From the very beginning, Oka was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and welcoming. He always listened to what we wanted to do and did everything he could to make our days as enjoyable as possible. Even when we changed our plans, asked questions, or had unexpected situations, he was always there to help us with a smile. Thanks to Oka, we discovered so many different sides of Bali. He taught us about Balinese culture, traditions, temples, religion, local life, and so many things that we would probably never have understood by simply visiting the island on our own. We shared so many unforgettable moments together: discovering beautiful places, visiting temples, seeing the elephants, going snorkeling, watching dolphins, discovering incredible landscapes, trying new food, laughing together, and simply talking during all those long journeys. Oka is one of the kindest people I’ve met. I found him online before my trip, and from the very beginning, I felt he was someone I could trust. This time, I traveled with my parents and two young children. He thoughtfully prepared bottled water and snacks for us every day. He wasn’t just our driver—he also acted as our guide. At every attraction, he was always happy to help look after the kids, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. On the second day, he started feeling unwell, but he still insisted on waiting for us and making sure everything was taken care of (although we kept telling him to go back and get some rest). When it was time to pay, I had completely forgotten that I had already paid a deposit. Oka was the one who reminded me and made sure the deposit was deducted from the final payment. His honesty really impressed me. Although he couldn’t drive us to the airport himself in the end, he arranged another reliable driver for us, so everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Oka to anyone visiting Bali. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, caring, honest, and genuinely wants you to have a wonderful trip, he’s the perfect choice. We had an amazing experience with our driver throughout our Bali-Ubud trip. From the moment he picked us up, he was friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He greeted us with cold bottles of water, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. Throughout the trip, he provided great recommendations and suggestions while always remaining flexible and accommodating to our plans and preferences. What really set him apart was how attentive he was at every stop. He often accompanied us into the places we visited to help translate, explain how things worked, share local history and culture, and make sure everything went smoothly. We texted Oka the night before the tour asking if he could accommodate us, as we were looking for a tour with a car seat for our 2-year-old son. Within half an hour, he sent us photos and videos of the car seat. Even with such short notice, he was able to arrange everything for us, which we really appreciated. On the day of the tour, he provided bottled water and wipes for us, which was very thoughtful. His car was extremely clean, smelled nice, and the air freshener was not overpowering. He also allowed us to play our own music using his phone. Most importantly, he drove very carefully, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. We originally wanted to visit a different place, but Oka recommended locations that were more suitable for our young son, and we are so glad we listened to him. He also brought us to a place with delicious food and a beautiful view that made us feel at home. The car itself was 10/10, and the whole experience was comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend Oka, especially for families travelling with young children. Instead of booking with a big company, we truly recommend choosing Oka because he is very hands-on and genuinely cares about every customer he has. His personal touch made our trip even more special.

We had the most magical Bali experience waterfall chasing in Ubud and Sakasada plus some touristy must-dos. We absolutely could not have curated and organized these days ourselves. How do I pay for my Nusa Penida trip?

If you’re already in Bali, you can pay in cash or by card directly at our ticket counter in Sanur Harbour

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

For bookings with hotel pickup, we’ll share your assigned driver’s contact details with you. Your driver will pick you up and guide you to our fastboat ticket counter in Sanur Harbour.

Can I book without hotel pickup and drop-off?

Yes! We’ll provide a booking invoice for your reference. When you arrive at our ticket counter, simply tell our staff the name used for your booking.

How do I recognize my driver in Nusa Penida?

At our Sanur ticket counter, our staff will explain your trip and give you a special sticker to help your driver identify you. We’ll also take a photo of you in Sanur and share it with your island driver, so they can easily recognize you upon arrival.

What time will we return to Bali?

Your return time depends on how long you’d like to explore Nusa Penida. Our driver can help coordinate an earlier return if needed. Ideally, we recommend taking a fastboat back around 4 PM, with 5 PM as the latest recommended return time. Please confirm your preferred boat schedule with our team.

We work with Semabu Hills, an established fastboat operator serving Bali. The service operates under applicable requirements and includes insurance coverage. Our team coordinates your trip to help make your journey smooth and worry-free.

What should I bring to Nusa Penida?

The weather can be hot, so we recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. If you’ve booked a snorkeling package, please bring a change of clothes and any personal items you may need.

Are photos and videos included?

Yes! Our drivers do more than provide transportation — they can also help take photos of you at scenic spots during your trip. For snorkeling packages, underwater photos and videos are captured using a GoPro and are included free of charge.
